Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization number. Amatheon has a NO RETURNS policy on all other orders.

Only areas within the U.S. are serviced by Amatheon. To ensure quality esrvice we have chosen FedEx as our carrier of choice. All orders ship in a timely manner and are received within a few days depending on your chosen shipping method. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders over $100 will receive Free Shipping (excluding Priority Overnight and Saturday Delivery).
Orders under $100 will receive Free Ground Shipping. Items that are refrigerated must ship overnight (no exceptions) and will be charged the overnight fee if order does not reach $100.

All non-web orders will have shipping charges calculated on a per-order basis. All orders equal to or exceeding $250 will be shipped at no charge to anywhere in the U.S. Items that are designated refrigerated must ship overnight (no exceptions) and will be charged the overnight fee if order does not reach $250.
